With FIVE STAR Reviews on Trip Advisor, this relative newcomer to Northern Palm Beach County is one not to be missed.  But first...what is an Osteria.  It's not a place where you get oysters, just in case that's what crossed your mind.  In Italy, an "Osteria" was originally a place serving wine and simple food. Nowadays the emphasis has shifted to the food which often features locally sourced items, a chef driven menu, and yes...wine. 

At Nick & Johnny's Osteria, you'll find an authentic Italian touch in a warm but casual atmosphere.  Think Tuscan colors on the walls...which are adorned with framed, black & white autographed photos.

The food. Owners Nick Chiantese and John Zuccarelli are passionate about good food and making sure that each and every guest is happy. Chef Angelos makes it all happen...with an emphasis on quality and flavor.  Pan seared Cod with olive oil, tomatoes, white wine and fresh basil.  Chicken Scarpariello on the bone with sausage, cherry peppers, potatoes and capers.  Rigatoni Bolognese with peas in a plum tomato sauce.  Veal Russilino with prosciutto, mushrooms, and mozzarella over spinach with a Marsala sauce. The only problem is trying to decide. Entrees are served with soup or salad and a side of pasta or vegetable, making Nick & Johnny's an extremely good value.  

Two last things.  Pizza and Chicken Livers.  No...not together.  They've got GREAT, thin crust NY Style pizza in the bar area of the restaurant.  And if sauteed Chicken Livers make you jump for joy, do not pass go...do not collect $200. Go directly to Nick & Johnny's where they have the best...anywhere!
