Chef Edgar Perez started working in his homeland in Guatemala when he was six, and hasn't stopped since! Now, he and his lovely wife Daisy own and operate the fantastic El Sabor Latino Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens and now in Greenacres!
Every morning should begin with a hearty desayuno (breakfast), like traditional Huevos Rancheros -- poached eggs smothered in a spicy sauce, with refried beans, cheese and warm tortillas. Lunchtime features a different homemade sopa del dia daily; nothing brightens a cloudy Thursday afternoon like savory Beef and Pork Soup!
Deliciously spiced steaks, thick pork chops in Creole sauce, hand-breaded chicken with rice, beans and salad, Tucha Frita (whole crispy-fried fish with all the tasty trimmings) are only a few of the many mouth-watering choices on this extraordinary, authentic Latin menu.

Sunday for lunch just me a another table and I don't know why. This place rocked. I had the Bandeja Paisa and my partner had the Churrasco both were very good and a lot of food for the money. The only issue was the Churrasco he ordered it med-well and it was served med-rare which made me happy :) it was one of the best I ever had. This is 5 minutes from my house and with out Local Dines I would have never found it.

This is a wonderful restaurant! We have been twice and everything we ordered was delicious. The Paella is exceptional. Everyone is very friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Love this place. Have been for breakfasts, lunch, later dining... I don't care what you order, I believe you will be happy. I love the shrimp ceviche, so fresh, and uncomplicated.
